As a Venture Capital professional Vincent led successful investments in high-technology and digital ventures impacting many sectors and applications as eclectic as Energy, Medical/digital healthcare, Telecom or Media/Web.
Currently Board Member at MicroEJ (embedded OS for « IoT » ), 21Net Ltd (mobile connectivity solutions provider for transportation industry), Intersec (fast data software provider) C4M (mobile gaming studio), I Ten (micro battery manufacturer), Exagan (GaN power components) or Aryballe Technologies (olfactory sensors). Vincent also served recently as main investor and Board member at Olea Medical (leading software medical imaging company) before its acquisition by Toshiba Medical Systems in late 2015.
Prior to that, Vincent developed a strong exposure to innovation-driven environments both within big corporations and startups both at engineering, his initial background, and corporate development levels.
Lyes joined the Board in February 2013. He is a semiconductor expert and his career in the industry spans 20 years in R&D, Marketing and Sales. Today he’s part of Global Foundries EMEA Sales team as Strategic and Key Account Manager. Prior to joining Global Foundries in 2013, Lyes was the Regional Head and General Manager of Dongbu Hitek in Europe, which he joined as Marketing Director in 2010. From 1996 until 2010 he has led the Smart Power R&D Design Enablement team of STMicroelectronics. Lyes is graduated in Electronic engineering at “Universita degli Studi di Pavia”.
A graduate of ESCP Europe and the German Diplom Kaufmann, he began his career in the telecoms/media mergers and acquisitions department of Lehman Brothers in London. He then joined the Transactions Services department at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris. Before joining SEB Alliance, he worked at SIPAREX group.
